Fuck my Furry!

The garment is done starting from the classic pattern of trench, for to be decontextualized from the common imagery. The internal part is created from a crine (horsehair) structure and from a second jacket with the function of detach the shoulders from the body of the model.
The trench of the collection “Fuck My Furry” of the designer, created with Inseta fabric, have an aggressive and animalistic image. The garment, during the show, was combined with a plastic brushes belt that refer at a form of externalization of the fake fur.
Inseta fabric perfectly blend with the project research, for the material of which it is composed, mixing wool and synthetics, and for the print that remember an “animalier” which goes away from the common ideology.

Pierpaolo Grasso is an emergent designer.
Born in Ariano Irpino on the 16th of December 1994, he moved to Benevento to follow his dream to become an artist. He’s currently studying in Florence at Polimoda and he has presented his first collection, “Fuck my Furry!”.
He loves every single aspect of the world of art, from the pure academic drawing to the experimentation with new technics and materials (photography, tattoo-art, make up, fashion design), and tries to mix them in his collections.
